Return & Refund, Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy:

  • Our products, under the brand name Sneakfit, are shipped within 24 hours of order placing.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at sneakfitbusiness@gmail.com.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The product should be in its original condition.
  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit.
  • An email should be sent immediately to sneakfitbusiness@gmail.com with details (order number, full name, address, and description) if you want to initiate a return.

Refund Policy: Refunds are provided. Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment. For cash on delivery refunds, please provide your account number and IFSC code at the time of placing the return. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your account within 7 to 15 days. Please contact us at sneakfitbusiness@gmail.com for further details.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation request can be done within 24 hours of placing the order before Dispatching Your Product to you. If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

Note: If a prepaid order gets RTO (Return to Origin) due to non-acceptance or non-availability, refunds will be facilitated within 7 days of receiving the undelivered product.
